As a Business Development and Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by expanding our client base and effectively promoting our cutting-edge products and services.
As a Business Development and Sales Associate at Indika AI, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. Your role will involve prospecting, building relationships, and presenting our offerings to potential clients, contributing to our expansion and success.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand the client base, and achieve sales targets.
Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, stay informed about industry trends, and gather insights to inform sales strategies.
Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients, effectively communicating Indika AI's value proposition and understanding their unique needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback, contribute to product enhancements, and ensure alignment between client needs and offerings.
Presentations and Pitches: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches that effectively communicate the benefits of Indika AI's products and services.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiation processes, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes while closing business deals that align with the company's objectives.
Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales revenue.
Post Graduation in Sales, Marketing, or a related academic domain.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in Business Development and Sales (internships included).
Experience in offline sales and meetings for B2B and B2G sales opportunities is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong sales acumen.
Location-based in or open to relocation to Hauz Khas, New Delhi.
Willingness to travel across the country for work meetings.
Available to join on a full-time basis.
