New Delhi | August 2, 2025 — PanScience Innovations (PSI), an AI and deep-tech venture studio focused on building next-generation AI products, has acquired Indika AI, a data-centric AI company founded in 2021. This acquisition marks a significant consolidation of capabilities in the Indian AI ecosystem, combining PSI’s research-driven innovation engine with Indika’s proven execution across large-scale data and public sector AI transformation.

Indika AI has emerged as a front-runner in data-centric AI, with flagship platforms such as DataStudio, FlexiBench, among others. DataStudio is a state-of-the-art AI platform designed for programmatic data labeling and the fine-tuning of both foundational and domain-specific models. Complementing this, FlexiBench is an on-demand workforce platform providing access to over 70,000 pre-vetted contributors, enabling scalable, high-quality data operations and seamless AI deployment. Together, these platforms deliver essential infrastructure for any AI team aiming to build, train, fine-tune and deploy models at scale.

Over the past few years, Indika AI has collaborated with leading Indian and global foundation model companies, as well as with sovereign AI programs and public sector institutions. It has played a pivotal role in powering the AI readiness and digital transformation of key government bodies - including the judiciary, defense, and infrastructure sectors.

PSI and Indika AI have enjoyed a long-standing partnership, united by a shared vision for AI-driven innovation and real-world impact. In this next chapter, Indika AI is set to redefine the AI solutions landscape across India and beyond, powered by PSI’s advanced technology suite and deep expertise.

“This acquisition is a game-changer for AI in India,” said Dr. Anshul Vikram Pandey, Founder & CEO of PSI. “By combining PSI’s cutting-edge AI infrastructure with Indika AI’s proven data-centric platforms and public sector expertise, we’re turbocharging our ability to build secure, sovereign AI systems that can revolutionize governance, healthcare, judiciary, and more. Together, we’re laying the foundation for AI that truly serves billions at scale.”

“We built Indika AI on the belief that responsible and scalable AI starts with high-quality data - and we’ve been tremendously successful in delivering on that promise. Now, with PSI as our partner, we’re taking that vision to the next level and expanding Indika AI’s capabilities beyond data services to offer high-ROI, end-to-end AI solutions that drive measurable value across industries,” said Hardik Dave, Founder & CEO of Indika AI.

Following the acquisition, Hardik will transition into a strategic consultant role to support a smooth handover over the coming months. PSI will continue to operate and scale Indika AI’s core platforms while integrating them into its broader product ecosystem focused on agentic AI, vertical foundation models, and enterprise-ready deployments.
